thank you for answering my question! My family and I are considering staying at 3 resorts. We were looking at Pop Century, Coronado, or Caribbean. We were thinking either the end of September or perhaps in January. Which would you recommend?

It was my pleasure to answer your question!I've been fortunate enough to stay at all three of the resorts that you are considering, in fact I was just recently at Caribbean Beach Resort. All three resorts have the same dates for their value seasons and the rates are listed for weekday/weekend,I've also included the prices for Fall season as well.
Value Season 1/2-1/8, 1/12-1/16, 1/20-2/12
Caribbean Beach 182/201
Coronado Springs 187/204
Value Season 8/3-9/12
Caribbean Beach 191/213
Coronado Springs 196/219
Pop Century 112/135
Fall Season 9/13-10/9
Caribbean Beach 203/226
Coronado Springs 203/226
Pop Century 121/146
January's cooler temperatures and lower crowd levels makes visiting this time of year a good option. Although there will be several dates in January that will be busy due to RunDisney marathon and guests taking advantage of Martin Luther King Jr.Holiday.Also, you will only have one of Disney's Water Parks open at this time due to the refurbishment of Blizzard Beach. While Typhoon Lagoon is my favorite water park, I definitely recommend checking out Blizzard Beach as well.
I recommend visiting in September, in fact my family frequently visits during September. The weather is warm and humid, which makes for some fabulous days by the pool or at the water park. Walt Disney World will festive Fall decorations and you will be visiting just in time for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. You can find some special offers for this time of year to help save your Disney dollars. You will have more chances of rain in September, but I always just throw on a poncho and go with the flow.
Thanks so much for visiting me Rachel and if you need any advice about which resort to choose, please let me know!
